Arthur Cofano

Arthur started construction while attending college, doing a large-scale home renovation project in Grand Junction, Colorado. After relocating to Arizona to be near his fiancé while she finished her degree at GCU and started a new job in Phoenix, he got his Arizona general contractor’s license and founded Cofano Construction Inc. In 2022, Arthur and his fiancé could return to the Western Slope, where they could be near family. Since his return, Arthur Cofano has become quickly established as a reputable contractor and builder on the Western Slope.

Arthur prides himself in being hands-on with every project and providing an open line of communication with his clients. Most projects start with an in-person site visit by him to carefully review the project details, followed by a detailed bid.

Arthur looks forward to getting married soon and raising a family on the Western Slope. When he’s not working, his hobbies include skiing/snowboarding, golf, and, recently, flying as a student pilot in hopes of becoming a fully licensed private pilot soon.
